Cancellation Policy

• Full Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 30 days before check-in.

• 50% Refund: Cancel 30+ days before check-in (outside the 48-hour window).

• No Refund: Fewer than 30 days before check-in.

• Rebooking Credit: Cancel at least 14 days before check-in to receive a one-time credit (valid 12 months, subject to availability).

Processing fees are non-refundable.

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Welcome to Pilgrim Heights. By staying on the property and reviewing this agreement, you acknowledge that outdoor and recreational activities (including water use, trails, and equipment) carry inherent risks.

You voluntarily assume all risk for yourself and any minors in your care and agree to release and hold harmless Our Sacred Space, Inc. / Pilgrim Heights Camp & Retreat Center, including staff and affiliates, from any liability for injury, illness, death, loss, or damage occurring on the property or during any activity.

Conduct & Responsibility

• You are responsible for your actions and those of your group, including minors.

• Pilgrim Heights is not liable for incidents resulting from guest behavior or failure to follow rules.

• Harassment, abuse, or unlawful conduct (including sexual misconduct) will result in immediate removal without refund and may be reported.​

Alcohol & Substances

• Alcohol is not provided by Pilgrim Heights.

• Guests who bring alcohol assume full responsibility for its use and any resulting incidents.

• Illegal substances are prohibited.

Lake & Grounds Rules

• Lake hours: Open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend, sunrise to sunset only.

• Catch-and-release fishing only (artificial bate or night-crawlers permitted).

• No outside boats/vessels permitted on the lake.

• Life jackets required for all watercraft.

• Swim only in designated areas; restricted zones must be respected.

• Do not enter gated areas.

• Respect wildlife and dispose of all trash properly.

Shared Space Courtesy

• Unless renting the full grounds, this is a shared space—please be mindful and willing to share activities, games, trails, and lake access with others.

• Campfires and bonfires must remain controlled and attended at all times.

• Quiet hours are observed from midnight to 7:00 AM.
