100% of your donation goes directly back into our mission of providing a sacred space in nature for campers, guests, and retreat groups.

As a nonprofit, Pilgrim Heights operates with limited funding while working to maintain our grounds, care for our buildings, and provide meaningful experiences for everyone who visits. Your support helps us keep camp running, preserve our facilities, and continue welcoming groups for years to come.

You can choose to support our general operating expenses or donate toward specific projects and needs listed below.

Current Needs & Projects

If you're looking for a specific way to support Pilgrim Heights, consider donating toward one of the following projects that help improve the experience for our campers and guests.

Priority Needs

Lodge Comfort Fund (PTAC Units) – Help replace heating and cooling PTAC units in our main lodge to keep guest rooms comfortable year-round.
Lift Station Service Fund – Essential maintenance for our wastewater system to keep camp operations running smoothly (minimum project cost $3,000).
Road & Grounds Gravel Fund – Maintaining safe and accessible roads and pathways throughout camp.
Beach Sand Fund – Replenishing and expanding sand for our lakefront beach area.
Conference Center Chair Fund – We are replacing and upgrading seating and need 400 new chairs for events and retreats.

Additional Projects

Conference Center Table Fund – New tables to improve functionality for retreats, meetings, and gatherings.
Lakefront Rejuvenation Project – Expanding the beach area and adding a new multi-use dock for fishing, canoe access, and lakeside activities.
Kayak & Canoe Fund – Expanding and replacing waterfront recreation equipment.
Life Jacket Fund – Providing safe and well-equipped waterfront activities for campers and guests.
Challenge Course Restoration Fund – Rebuilding obstacles lost during the 2020 derecho storm.
Vesper Point Improvement Project – Restoring this special gathering space with improved gravel steps and a refinished deck.
On-Site Activity Fund – Supporting yard games, playground equipment, frisbee golf, and other recreational activities around camp.
Conference Center Flooring Fund – Updating worn flooring to better serve retreats and events.
Conference Center Air Conditioning Fund – Adding air conditioning to the upper floor of the conference center.
Landscaping Fund – Improving the beauty and usability of outdoor gathering spaces.
Grounds Equipment Fund – Supporting maintenance equipment, including a new mower deck.
Sponsor a Cabin – Help support updates and care for one of our guest cabins.
