Camp Unwind is a unique opportunity for adults to experience camp—whether you're reliving fond camp memories or attending camp for the very first time. While Pilgrim Heights is known for its youth and family programming, Camp Unwind is designed exclusively for adults looking to step away from the demands of everyday life and enjoy a few days of rest, recreation, and fellowship in the beautiful setting of Pilgrim Heights Camp & Retreat Center between Tama and Marshalltown, Iowa.
From August 2nd - 4th, participants can enjoy camp at their own pace. Spend your days around the campfire, singing, worshiping, swimming, fishing (catch and release), birding, canoeing, kayaking, hiking, walking the trails, working on puzzles, playing games, sharing stories, reminiscing with new and old friends, enjoying peaceful naps, and gathering around the table for meaningful mealtime fellowship.
