While Pilgrim Heights is known for its youth and family programming, Camp Unwind is designed exclusively for adults looking to step away from the demands of everyday life and enjoy a few days of rest, recreation, and fellowship in the beautiful setting of Pilgrim Heights Camp & Retreat Center between Tama and Marshalltown, Iowa.
From August 17th–19th, participants can enjoy camp at their own pace. Spend your days around the campfire, singing, worshiping, swimming, fishing (catch and release), birding, canoeing, kayaking, hiking, walking the trails, working on puzzles, playing games, sharing stories, reminiscing with new and old friends, enjoying peaceful naps, and gathering around the table for meaningful mealtime fellowship.
