The pace of our current culture illustrates the need for outdoor ministry and the service of hospitality like never before.
Pilgrim Heights Retreat Center addresses these needs, affirming our faith in Jesus Christ, by modeling those aspects God calls us to embrace and explore during quiet retreat and in playful fellowship with others. Day-use visitors and over-night campers are invited to enjoy the wilderness resort gathering place. Rental of meeting spaces and overnight accommodations from tent camping, to rustic cabins, to retreat suites with private bathrooms are also available.
For over 50 years, Pilgrim Heights has been a place for campers to explore their faith and live in community with one another. Located on over 120 acres in the bluffs of the Iowa River, Pilgrim Heights surrounds an 80-acre recreational lake, provides spectacular views and loads of adventure including:
