Commercial Kitchen

Catering can be provided by our Food Service staff or independently with the rental of the commercial kitchen in the Four Seasons Conference Center.  Formal service ware for up to 200 people is available for catered events.  This includes: china, silverware, and glassware.  Tables and chairs are supplied.  At this time, we have 6' round tables to seat 220 guests or 8' rectangular tables to seat 260 guests with chairs for 270 people.  To save you time and energy, our staff can setup and decorate the Reception Hall according to a sample table setup the day before the event.  A detailed diagram of the room decorations is also required.  When decorating, use only 3m double-sided tape to affix decorations to the wall.

Rental Fee: $150/day   *This fee will be waived if using our catering services.*
